A Japanese customer visited our factory to conduct an on-site acceptance test of our automatic crepe cake machine for mille crepe cake production. The customer had very strict requirements for product consistency. Batter was prepared and loaded manually on site, while the weight, thickness, color, and texture of each crepe skin were carefully checked. For us, this was more than a machine demonstration. It was a real test under actual production conditions. 1.Real Production Brings Real Challenges During continuous production, several unexpected issues occurred. --The existing cooling system could not keep up with production, so our team immediately arranged additional heating and cooling equipment to stabilize the temperature. --When the original recipe did not perform as expected on the machine, we quickly contacted an experienced bakery technician to come on site and optimize both the recipe and machine settings. --Some special ingredients normally used by the customer in Japan had also not arrived.
