Mr. Jimmy, General Manager of a Singapore-based bakery chain with 20 cake stores, recently led a team of engineers and seasoning specialists to our factory for equipment testing. The chain is now looking to expand its business, boost production capacity, and build a new central food and baking factory, making efficient and reliable automated equipment a top priority.
During the visit, the team focused on testing several key pieces of our equipment, including the éclair machine, side filling machine, cookie wire cutting machine, filling machine, and planetary mixer. All devices performed exceptionally well: the éclair machine ensured uniform shaping, the side filling machine delivered precise filling without waste, the cookie cutter maintained high accuracy and speed, while the filling machine and planetary mixer adapted perfectly to various baking ingredients. The test results met their strict standards, earning full satisfaction from the team.
Impressed by the equipment’s performance, the chain immediately decided to place additional orders—adding several éclair machines, mousse machines, and filling machines—to lay a solid foundation for its upcoming central factory.
