Three Speed Settings Stainless Steel 60L 80L Cake Spiral Mixer

The machine has three speed settings and a durable beater, dough hook and mixer attachment. As standard equipment, the machine is very suitable for mixing dough, pastries, icing sugar, mashed potatoes, mayonnaise and many other mixtures. All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, which is highly hygienic and ensures food safety.

The devices of the flour mixer and the hopper can operate at the same time to speed up the mixing speed and increase the efficiency. And is equipped with a safety guard, which makes the operation safer and more convenient. For safety reasons, the machine will stop working after opening the metal cover.

 

Choice of stirrer and speed

Dough arm: suitable for heavy bread dough or other high-viscosity food materials, the recommended water content is 45%-50% of the flour. Set the machine to low speed.
Blender: suitable for thin bathers, cakes, mashed potatoes and crushed, powdered, and pasty foods such as fillings. Set the machine to medium speed.
Wire whip: suitable for mixed liquid food, fresh cream and beaten eggs. Set the machine to high speed.
